Your personal data belongs to you. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what information p789 collects from Filipino players, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you hold under Philippine law.
Six principles that guide every data decision at p789. The full legal text follows in the sections below — these cards are a plain-English summary.
p789 collects the minimum personal data required to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity for KYC purposes, and comply with PAGCOR and AMLC regulations. We do not collect data speculatively.
All personal data stored by p789 is protected using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Access is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis within our operations team.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data held by p789. These rights are exercisable at any time.
p789 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers. Data shared with our service partners (payment processors, game providers) is strictly limited to what is necessary for the service they provide.
p789's data handling practices comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and are aligned with the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
In the event of a personal data breach that may prejudice your rights, p789 will notify affected players and the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of discovery, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all personal data collected, processed, stored, and used by p789 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with your access to and use of the p789 website and mobile gaming services available at p789.bio. It applies to all registered account holders, registered users who have not yet completed account activation, and visitors to the p789 website.
For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), p789 acts as the Personal Information Controller with respect to the personal data it collects directly from players. Where p789 engages third-party service providers who process data on its behalf, those providers act as Personal Information Processors and are bound by data processing agreements that impose obligations no less protective than those set out in this Policy.
This Policy must be read together with the p789 Terms and Conditions, which govern the overall contractual relationship between you and p789. Defined terms used in this Policy carry the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions unless otherwise specified.
Consent: By registering a p789 account, making a deposit, or continuing to use the p789 platform after this Policy's effective date, you provide your informed consent to the data processing practices described in this Policy, as required by Section 13 of RA 10173.

p789 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers or data brokers under any circumstances. Personal data is shared with third parties only in the following limited circumstances:
p789 shares personal data with carefully selected third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform. These include:
All service providers acting as Personal Information Processors are bound by written data processing agreements that prohibit them from using p789 player data for any purpose other than the specific service they provide.
p789 may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other competent Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or valid regulatory demand. Such disclosures are made in strict compliance with applicable Philippine legal requirements and do not constitute a breach of this Policy.
Some of p789's third-party service providers, including certain game studio technology partners, operate infrastructure located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred internationally, p789 takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the receiving party provides an adequate level of data protection consistent with RA 10173 requirements, through one or more of the following mechanisms:
The volume of personal data transferred internationally by p789 is minimized to the technical identifiers strictly necessary for game session functionality. Your full identity profile, Philippine ID documents, and financial account details are stored on infrastructure located within or subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine law.
p789 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods mandated by Philippine law:
| Data Type | Retention Period | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Account registration & identity data | Duration of account + 5 years post-closure | PAGCOR regulatory requirement |
| KYC documents (Philippine government IDs) | Duration of account + 5 years post-closure | AMLA / PAGCOR requirement |

| Customer support communications | 3 years from last interaction | Legitimate interest / Legal claims |
| Marketing consent records | Until consent withdrawn + 1 year | RA 10173 accountability principle |
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, p789 will securely delete or anonymize personal data in a manner that renders it irrecoverable, unless continued retention is required by a specific legal obligation or ongoing regulatory inquiry.
The p789 platform uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the platform functions correctly, to maintain your authenticated session after p789 Login, and to improve the user experience for Filipino players.
You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Most modern browsers — including Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, which are the most commonly used browsers among Filipino mobile users — allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the p789 platform. p789 does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals at this time, as there is no uniform standard for such signals under Philippine law.
p789 implements a multi-layered security framework to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. Key measures include:
Important: While p789 takes extensive technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. You play an important role in protecting your own account by using a strong, unique password and never sharing your p789 Login credentials with anyone.
As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by p789. These rights are exercisable by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO) using the contact details in Section 14.
Request a copy of all personal data p789 holds about you, including the purposes for which it is processed.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held by p789 on your account.
Request deletion of your personal data where processing is no longer necessary, subject to legal retention obligations.
Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including profiling and direct marketing communications.
Receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used format for transfer to another controller.
Withdraw any consent previously given for data processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
NPC Complaint Right: If you believe p789 has violated your data privacy rights under RA 10173, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. p789 encourages players to first contact our DPO to attempt an informal resolution before escalating to the NPC.
p789 Casino services are strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. p789 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 18. If p789 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 18 — whether through account registration or any other means — that account will be immediately closed, all personal data will be deleted within 30 days, and all funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
Parents and guardians who become aware that their child has registered a p789 account or submitted personal data to p789 are requested to contact our support team immediately via live chat. p789 will take prompt action to address the matter.
As a platform operating under applicable PAGCOR regulatory oversight, p789 is subject to mandatory data disclosure obligations under several Philippine laws. These include but are not limited to:
All mandatory disclosures are made under legal compulsion and in good faith. p789 will not disclose more data than is strictly required by the applicable legal instrument and will seek legal review before complying with any disclosure demand whose lawfulness is uncertain.
p789 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in Philippine data protection law, PAGCOR regulations, NPC guidelines, or p789's data processing practices. The revised Policy will carry an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or how your personal data is used — p789 will notify registered account holders via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. For non-material clarifications or formatting updates, notice will be provided by updating the Policy on this page without direct player notification.
Your continued use of the p789 platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you must cease using p789 and contact support to close your account and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable retention obligations.
p789 has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with RA 10173 and this Privacy Policy. The DPO is the primary contact for all data privacy queries, rights requests, and complaints from p789 players.
p789 aims to acknowledge all data subject rights requests within five (5) business days. Substantive responses — including access to data copies, completion of erasure requests, or written objections to processing — will be provided within thirty (30) days of acknowledgement, consistent with NPC guidance on response timelines.
Policy Version: This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 2026 and supersedes all prior p789 Privacy Policy documents. It applies to all personal data collected on or after the effective date, and to personal data collected prior to the effective date that is still within the applicable retention period.
